OUR PEOPLE
Opteon Property Group is managed on a day to day basis by our Chief Executive Officer, Greg Sugars and our National Operations Manager, Natalie Fairlie.
Greg has had some 19 years experience in the property industry and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
Natalie is an experienced property lawyer in the commercial property sector.
Our Board of Directors comprises some of the best known names in Australian property, with a combined experience of some 133 years in the industry. The Opteon Board is independently chaired by Nicholas Carr. The other board members are Mark Christie (Deputy Chair), Andrew Noseda, Warren Taylor, Scott Newton, Bret Butler and Stuart Prowse
Our National Quantity Surveying Manager is Nad Nadana-Sabesan. A very experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in the UK and Australia. Nad oversees the Quantity Surveying and Depreciation Schedule teams that operate around Australia.
Opteon Property Law is managed by Natalie Fairlie (nee Divola). Dealing in complex property litigation issues and legal due diligence assignments, our legal team are a vital service to potential purchasers or clients involved in property issues requiring legal advice.
Our Opteon Plant and Machinery is managed by Brian Wollaston. Brian is a very experienced Plant and Machinery valuer formerly working in State Government and more recently in private practice.
The Opteon Property Group comprises over 288 property professionals made up of: Certified Practicing Valuers, Land Economists, Chartered Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, Plant & Machinery Valuers, Business Valuers & Legal Practioners. All maintain appropriate memberships and licensing as required by their industry bodies.
